Description

18F-FDG PET/CT imaging of 14 genetically-engineered mouse models (GEMM) of lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSQ) from the NCI Co-Clinical Imaging Resource Program (Co-CIRP). 11 animals were imaged before and after a novel combination therapy (anti-PD-L1 + CXCR2 antagonist), with 3 additional baseline-only animals. The dataset includes 25 imaging sessions with 75 DICOM series (25 PT, 25 CT, 25 RTSTRUCT segmentations) acquired on a Siemens Inveon PET/CT system.
